How To Last Longer In Bed And Prevent Premature Ejaculation Without Drugs

1. TALK TO YOUR PARTNER

Especially if you’re in the talking stage and yet to have sex with her. One of the main causes of premature ejaculation is performance anxiety. The anxiety to prove yourself. However, the talk is not to discuss your fears or anxiety, but to learn her sexual preference. Ask questions about what turns her on, which position makes her cum, what’s her G-spot, and so on. This will guide you when you get down, to concentrate on what counts, and even if you cum early, both of you will climax at about the same time.

2. KNOW YOUR POINT-OF-NO-RETURN POSITION

We all have different things that turn us on and sensitive sexual positions that hasten our ejaculation. So, if you know doggy style is what gets you to that point, save it for last. Starting with such a position is a recipe for cum disaster.

4. PERINEUM CHOKE HOLD

The perineum is the region between the balls and the anus, more like the external part of the kegel exercise we talked about. when you’re performing styles like missionary, you can use one hand (your index finger and your thumb) to hold the muscle. This serves the double purpose of distracting you from the sexual activity as well as blocks the flow of ejaculation. The only downside is it doesn’t work with all positions as it won’t be comfortable to do.

5. USE A CONDOM

Condoms are not just for protective purposes, but also help to reduce the sensitivity of the penis, thereby lowering the onset of ejaculation.

6. THE COUNTING TECHNIQUE

Like I said earlier, delaying cum is more of a mind thing and the better you can use your mind (to distract it from the sex) while getting down, the better. Penetration is about strokes, and the counting technique is about counting your strokes. Set a target number of strokes in your mind (I usually set 100 for myself), then start counting down from 1-100 in your mind. This takes your mind off the sex and focuses it on the stroke counts (one stroke is a count), and when you get to 100, you start all over again. Done right, most ladies will be screaming before you hit another 100 and may even cum in the process. This is a very effective technique especially if you want to go fast and rough.

7. BREATHE

Taking deep breaths is an underrated practice when having sex, most guys don’t even know about it.
